Associate Professor of Economics, West Virginia University

Joshua C. Hall is Associate Professor of Economics at West Virginia University. He was Assistant Professor of Economics at Beloit College; Dan Searle Humane Studies Fellow and Ken and Randy Kendrick Fellow at West Virginia University, where he received his Ph.D. in economics; Economist at the Joint Economic Committee of Congress, and Lecturer in Economics at Capital University. His books include Constraining College Costs (with R. Vedder and A. Gillen) and Toward A Free and Prosperous Ohio, and his articles have appeared in The American Economist; New Perspectives on Political Economy; Atlantic Economic Journal; Journal of Social, Political, and Economic Studies; Journal of Economics and Politics; and other scholarly journals.
