Ian S. Lustick is a Research Fellow at the Independent Institute and Professor of Political Science and Director of Graduate Studies in the Political Science Department at the University of Pennsylvania, where he holds the Bess W. Heyman Chair. Professor Lustick received his Ph.D. from the University of California at Berkeley, he has taught at Dartmouth College and the University of California at Santa Cruz, and he is past President of the Association for Israel Studies.
